Things-I-Love-Thursday: 30 Rock

I don't just love 30 Rock on Thursdays, I love it every day! The only problem is that there is not a new episode every day, no matter how often I check!

I first heard of 30 Rock when an old boss of mine used to come into work after he'd watched it late at night every week and tell me that I reminded him so much of Liz Lemon, the main character. I didn't ever think much of this, as I wasn't into watching TV at the time, but a couple of years later when I finally got around to watching a couple of episodes I suddenly knew exactly what he meant. So will you if you've watched it...

Liz Lemon, played by the woman who is now my hero, Tina Fey, is a calamitous, geeky television writer for whom everything always goes wrong. That's over simplifying the premise of the show, but really, you just have to watch it. As I keep telling Kate, 30 Rock is the absolute cleverest, funniest, wittiest show you will ever have the pleasure of watching.

No matter how low I am feeling, I cannot help but laugh out loud at 30 Rock. It is my absolute favourite TV show of all time and no matter how many times you watch an episode, there's always some fast joke you missed that you get the next time round!
